Not sure what to say?

Dear Karen & Mike,
We were so saddened to hear of the passing of your Mother. Janet was a dear friend of ours and a close friend to my mother Dorothy. She was always so considerate to stop by Weaver's to say hello whenever she and Arlene were visiting Lawrence. She was a special person and may her spirit continue to inspire all of you.

I have known Janet for a number of years since my office was on the 6th floor at US Bank Building. I also would see her often since I banked at her bank to clear my client's investment funds with with my investment firm. Janet and I got acquainted and she was such a nice person. Then I found out she was living in Elkhorn, WI, near our place in Lake Geneva and visited her there...she had a very nice house that she shared with her sister. We would also see each other at the Covenant Church...

We are all so sad to hear about your mother's passing, Karen and Mike. Keep all your happy memories close. We surely will. What fun we had!! Genie, Ron, Lisa and Kent

Karen, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. She was such a wonderful woman and a blessing to all who knew her! God bless you and the whole family as you process your loss.

I have such fond memories of your Mom! She was so welcoming and always had a bright smile. I cherish my many memories from elementary and Jr. High school playing and putting on plays in your house. Your mom was a fabulous "neighborhood mom". I'm sorry for your loss.

Mike and Karen, I have so many really great memories of being downstairs playing in your basement while your mother (always) had something delicious smelling cooking on the stove in the afternoons after school. I admired her and both of you greatly when your father passed away. As you know so well, your mother was extraordinary. Hugs

Our heartfelt condolences to Mike on the loss of his mother, Janet and to George. You are in our thoughts during this time. May she Rest In Peace. Ken and Adam Shepherd

Karen, Mike, and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Your mom was very special and such a strong woman of faith. I know you made the most of your moments together through the years that have recently passed and you will have many wonderful happy memories to recall over time. May you sense God's presence and peace. We are lifting you up before our good God.

Such a wonderful lady! I enjoyed working with her for many years at the bank! She left a fine legacy.
