Janet Q. Brewer

I live in Hertford, NC (Chapanoke) where I grew up with Janet's family and I remember mostly her laugh. We could hear it very clear and loved hearing her laugh. She and Robert were wonderful people and highly respected as I recall. I'm a bit younger than them but after they moved to Tallahassee, they'd visit her parents Mr. & Mrs. Quincy here in Chapanoke, and we'd always look forward to seeing them and their children Bobby, Kathryn and Durward.
