Read MoreI have been a part of Janets family for almost 17 years and she was a good friend to me. I don't think she ever realized how strong she really was until she became so ill. She fought hard and she will be greatly missed by everyone she knew and loved. I find comfort in knowing that God allowed her to dance at her sons wedding and meet her first grandbaby and that now she is at peace.

Your Mom was my hero. I have never known anyone who was diagnosed with a life threating illness so young in her life and never let it stand in her way. Ian, you were the light of her life.
