Not sure what to say?

My sympathies to Bill and all of Jan's family. I worked with Jan for many years at Old Kent Bank. Jan's people skills and management skills were unmatched. As a recent college grad at the time, Jan let me think I was her boss, but in truth she taught me how to be one. The years working with Jan and crew at the computer center were the best of my career life. Thanks Jan, for what you meant to all of us. We'll never lose the memories, but we'll miss you.

My deepest sympathy to the Davis Family. Jan was a great person to work with at Old Kent. She was always very positive. She will be dearly missed.

As the many entries indicate, Jan was one of the best at old kent. I worked with her and knew her for many years and was very sad to learn of her passing. God bless Jan Davis and her family. She will be missed by many people.

I'm so sorry to hear of Jan's passing. I worked with her for many years at OKB and she was always very positive, supportive and cheerful. She was a wonderful lady and my sympathy goes out to her family.

Jan was a friend and peer whom we will miss deeply. She brought a warn smile and love of life to anything she did. To her family may God bless and keep you as you deal with your loss.

Jan had a great impact on my time at Fifth Third Bank, and I'll miss her dearly! She hired me, trained me, and taught me some valuable lessons. My prayers are with her family and children, whom I know she loved wholeheartedly! Anyone who knew her knows the great laugh and smile she delivered daily!

Sadden to hear the loss of Jan. Jan hired me to work in the Call Center for OKB in 1996. She was a great lady to work for and set wonderful example for all to follow.

I know Jan will be missed by many. Such a loving and giving person. I knew her from Old Kent but had the pleasure to really get to know her and Bill through my husbands family, John and Judy Gardner and Ray Gardner. She and her husband Bill are long time treasured friends of the Gardners. Bill, you are in our thoughts and prayers! Be assured that Ray,Izzie and Judy were waiting for her with open arms!

Mark and Debbie, My husband Tim and I knew your mom and dad before they were even married. They were so much fun and we had such good times together. Tim and your dad sang together (drank a few beers together too) with Denny and Ron Shookman. They performed in a couple bars in GR and Detroit. Your mom and I would go to their practices. Anyway, she was a great lady and your dad was blessed to have found her. I'm sure he knows that. God bless you all in your grief.
