Janet DelTurco

I am so grateful that I had the recent opportunity to tell Mrs. DelTurco that she was my absolute favorite grade school teacher. I will remember with fondness our occasional visits when I brought her the Holy Eucharist. She was a real blessing to so many students and staff at St. Joseph who no doubt feel as I do. God bless you Mrs. DelTurco!

What wonderful memories I will carry forward from the many experiences Janet and I shared! There were many great times when we both volunteered for the Seneca County Park District. We also did some hiking together, and I was thrilled when she agreed to write a gardening column for the Advertiser-Tribune. I think it was monthly for 2-3 months, and then it became so popular that she wrote it every week. I cherish the memory of getting together for lunch with Janet and Judy Arnold. What a great...

What a grand lady. I met Janet, through the Master Gardener group for Seneca County. So much knowledge that lady had on the how to's! Together we bonded doing judging for fair gardens with 4H. Those were some fun times. Sending our very heartfelt condolences to her family.
