Not sure what to say?

I think about janet all of the time - her spirit lives on in so many people's lives and the wonderful design she inspired. XO Debbie

Dear Barry & Family,
I woke up this morning with a sore throat, cough and felt the better part of valor was for Nancy & I to stay home. We have known Janet for at least twenty five years and have always found her to be a creative, artistic and professional person, who would not settle for anything less than perfect when it came to her decorating abilities. One of our daughters was so impressed by Janet that she considered a career in design. Her legacy will be found in many beautiful...

I met Janet when she worked at Wayne Martin's. I was immediately struck by her professionalism, style and creativity. She was so lovely but also kind, empathetic and fun - there was always a smile or a laugh waiting to surface. Janet had a rare sense of joie de vivre. I am sorry I will be unable to deliver condolences in person on Saturday to Barry, Calleson, Cameron and Christopher.

Barry - you and I only met a couple of times, but Janet was a wonderful friend over the years. I am so sorry that I am out of town and have not written sooner. She was always smiling and I will never forget the style she embraced whether in her office or at the grocery store! She was one of a kind and she will be missed. My most understanding sympathy to you and the family - Debbie Thomas

My condolences to Janet's family. May the God of peace and comfort strengthen the family during this most difficult time.

I always admired Janet, and got to know her when she helped with our home not too far from hers. I admired her so, her talent, her chic style, generosity, and easy manner, Janet was instantly charismatic. I am still stunned by her passing, and will miss her very much. She was one of those unique souls whose impression was indelible. I cannot imagine the sorrow of her husband and girls, and all those who were her closest friends. My deep and heartfelt sympathies. Oh, this makes me so sad. Janet and I were close friends in high school and on the swim team. We had some fun times and made memories to cherish. We had tried to connect in recent years but kept missing each other ... I was looking forward to seeing her this year. Her loss reminds me to make time to be with special family and friends. Heartfelt condolences to Janet's family.
