Raleigh, North Carolina - Janet Mason Edwards, 72, of Raleigh, NC passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
Janet was born on November 22, 1950 to James and Ellen Mason of Apex, NC.
Growing up on a tobacco farm, Janet learned to work hard and did so as a Secretary, Admin Assistant, and Co-owner and Vice President of Don Edwards Realty. She loved to cook and travel as they moved from NC to Atlanta, Denver, Salt Lake, Seattle and Anchorage.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Kimberly Mason. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Don Edwards, sister Mary Jane Kipp and husband Scott, sister Barbara Brewer and husband Eddie plus 3 nephews, 3 great-nephews and 1 great-niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to the American Cancer Society. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.apexfuneral.net for the Edwards family.
