LIMA — Janet Lou Eley, 83 of Lima, passed away December 20, 2017, at the Lima Convalescent Home. Janet was born July 4, 1934 in Lima to William and Nellie (Reed) Lubinsky, who preceded her in death. On April 5, 1953 she married Vernon Eugene "Gene" Eley, who preceded her in death.
