So sorry to hear of Jan's passing. Eventhough I did not know her long she touched our lives with pleasant talks over the fence or in the yard while we were planing flowers living next door to the both of you. She made us feel very welcome to the neighborhood. She will be greatly missed.

Jan became my BEST FRIEND, ever since meeting at 2nd grade class in Hardy School, Arlington, Mass. Jan was the bravest person I have ever known, facing and overcoming "challenges" right up to the end.
