Almighty Eternal God, in Your fatherly goodness, be kind to the soul of Your servant, Janet A. Flanagan. Cleanse her whom You have called from this world of all her faults, take her into the Realm of Light and Peace and into the Community of Your Saints, and give her her share of Eternal Delight in Your Kingdom. God, You Creator and Saviour of all the faithful, forgive all the sins of all Your servants' souls. Let them receive forgiveness through our pious prayer, for which they have always...

Jan,
You will be missed. I will always remember the happy times of playing cards with my dad.
Love,
Gary, Mary, and Madeline Petranek

"Hello, Hello" was Jan's favorite saying, she always said it with a smile. We had two great years together on C-Dock in Hammond. She was a wonderful person that was referred to as the "Candy Lady" because she always had a bag of goodies for everyone. The dock won't be the same without her. Jan, we will miss you dearly. Love, Bob, Kathy, Ruthie and Adam. C-10

Jan faught a courageous battle and was an inspiration to many. She will be missed but not forgotten. Love Pat

My brother Dan, in Florida, told me the sad news. Janet will be sadly missed. I have wonderful childhood memories.

Jim, Jan and Jeri having fun at C-Dock party 2003

Summers on C-Dock in Hammond will never be the same without Jan. We will miss her smiling face and all the goodies she had in her "stock pile". We will miss the fun conversations and the help with docking the boat. And of course who will make sure we don't hit the fire box!!! Jan, you fought a good battle, we will miss you greatly, but now you are home, boating on the real "Big" lake .
Love,
Jeri and Fred
