Not sure what to say?

Although Roger and I are not able to attend Jan's memorial service, we want you to know that you are in our thoughts at this time. Jan was a special neighbor and friend for so many years as our sons grew up together. I will miss her lovely smile, kind eyes, quiet voice, and sweet temperament. Everyone should be so lucky to have such a wonderful neighbor as Jan . Our deepest sympathy to you, Frank and Scott, and to all those who loved Jan and will miss her greatly. Fondly, Jean Irwin
