Janet M. Harlan, 87, died Monday, January 2, 2017 at the Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Tuscola, Illinois, Janet was the daughter of the late Paul and Edna Huber Blomquest. She and her husband, Thomas, moved from Elkhorn, Wisconsin to the Spring City community in 1998. Janet was of the Presbyterian faith and active in the Senior Lighthouse Center in Spring City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Harlan and her brothers and sisters. Survivors include her sons Doug (Joan) Harlan of Fairfield, Ohio, Scott (Jan) Harlan of Seattle, Washington and Mike (Sandra) Harlan of North Catasauqua, Pennsylvania and four grandchildren. Janet’s family will hold a local celebration of her life in the Spring of 2017. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spring City Library Foundation at P. O.
