I knew Janet from working with her at the Moda Center. I remember one shift for Neil Diamond concert, she was upset to be assigned elevators. She really wanted to see his concert. Management had assigned me to be a floor usher. I asked if she wanted to trade and she was surprised that I would give up a floor spot to work in the elevator. I told her that it was okay.
