Not sure what to say?

Still missing you after all these years. I have a great-granddaughter now and I wish she could have a teacher as amazing as you...but I know that's not possible.

I just learned of Mrs. Heller's death. She was my English teacher when I started at Easton Area High School in 1965. I didn't know it at the time, but she had only been there a short time then.

She has left a lasting impression on me that goes well beyond the subject of English. Her smile and wit and kindness are all fresh in my head as I prepare to make the trip back to Easton for my 50th reunion.

Wade, We met once when your mom lived at The Museum Towers in Phila. I had the pleasure of working with her for years as a physical trainer. She was extraordinary on so many levels and I think about her often. She was an absolute joy spending time with and I miss her. I'm so sorry for your loss. Robin

Little did she know back in the late 60's that her teaching would inspire one of her ordinary students to reach for a goal that for me I once thought unattainable.I learned to apply what I saw modeled in her classroom and through her example I set a goal for myself. After graduation, I aspired to become a teacher as...

God Bless Mrs. Heller. You will greatly be remembered for a wonderful person and Teacher. R.I.P.

Sometimes a teacher can literally change your life. Because of Janet Heller I became interested in theatre - a lifelong gift that I appreciate nearly every day of my life. One of my fondest memories is of Ms. Heller coming to see me in a professional production about 10 years after I graduated from EAHS. I will never ever forget that. She was an inspiration to many, many people and I am so glad she was my teacher and mentor.

Tracy & Wade-
Your mother was such a great teacher! I will always remember my 10th grade English class with her! Sorry for your loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Wade. Your mom was an inspiration to so many who knew her. She lives within us now.

I will miss you Aunt Janet. I have been remembering all the fun times when you and Jean would come to visit. I will miss my yearly trips to Philadelphia and Easton to visit you Tracy and Wade. Rest In Peace Aunt Janet.
