Jan wanted me to express her sincere thanks to all of you have sent prayers, thoughts, phone calls, and cards. I was with her until the last moment and my sister was an amazing person. She is now at peace with both of my parents.

On behalf of my sister Janet, she wanted me to Thank everyone who expressed their concerns, prayers, and best wishes while she was in the hospital, recovering, and through her passing. All of the cards, the phone calls, and well wishes meant a great deal to her.

Janet and I were childhood friends on Manchester Rd. Sorry to hear of her passing.

So sad to hear that Jan Passed- we talked on phone all the time- I called Christmas Eve Christmas Day -NEWYears eve and day and next call it said phone no longer in service >>> she loved my grandpup Ceasar and we sat by her many times outside or in laundry room .Jan would take me out to eat a few times and would never let me pay even though I do not have a lot but would have taken her ! she was a good friend and I miss her laugh -because I made her laugh all the time !! Jan was my friend for more than 30 years. She was a model of independence and kindness. God was with her through her suffering and is with her now.

Jan was a member of our Good Shepherd sunday school class and will be missed by all of us!
