Not sure what to say?

I have just heard the news of Janet's death from John Chapman, and my heart sank. I was a Coryell artist from 1980 - c. 2000, and had nothing but warm and everlasting experiences under Janet's guidance. When life took me back to music, and away from painting for about ten years, my contact with Janet was less frequent, but always interesting, as we reminisced about Adolf Conrad, and days gone by. She was a very special person, without whom the world is diminished.

Here´s just so much I´d like to say about this lovely special woman, I don´t know where to begin. So sorry I missed her celebration of life as I didn´t know until weeks later that she had. died . I met Janet in 1970 when our children were at Buckingham Friends School. Janet was designing the sets for their school musical and she asked me if I´d like to help her. We became great friends and she and my artist husband, Shaun, worked together designing many sets for our musicals at The...

Tom - Deepest condolences on your loss. Your mom was always gracious, warm and interesting to talk to. She will be remembered with great fondness by all who knew her. Nora and Bill

We are very touched by the wonderful outpouring of tributes and love for our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Janet Hunt. Thank you. We are planning to have a memorial celebration of her life in March or April next year, and will get the word out through many channels. Gratefully, Tom Hunt

Dear Tom and Kathrine, I learned today of Janet's passing and would have been honored to have attended her celebration of life, and what a life she led! It was truly a pleasure to have known and spent time with your mom and an honor to have been an artist in her gallery. She believed in and supported me in my pursuit as an artist and I am forever grateful. Janet touched many lives, she was truly a treasure! With fond memories, keep a happy thought, Mike Filipiak and family PS I have...

My deepest sympathies to the family. Janet was, in spirit is, a lovely person.

Dear Tom and Katherine, I don't know why these losses seem to come at the Holidays when we acutely feel the need to be close to family. I know your mom's passing was not unexpected, but she was such a positive presence in so many people's lives, so it pains me greatly to lose her light from the world. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Warmly, Helen Pettit

Dear Tom & Katherine & Family, We are so sorry for your loss. Janet was an inspiration to me. It was a joy working side by side with her at the Mill or the LHS or Kalmia for so many years. She will be sorely missed. Our deepest condolences, Donna & Michael Lacey
