Not sure what to say?

My mother, Susan Reeder Breuer, always spoke fondly of the years she lived with Janet as a girl. When my mother's parents were getting divorced, she lived with Janet. I tried to reach out for Mom's memorial, now I see they both passed in 2020.

Jan was the personification of love and a life well-lived. Always smiling, genuineand impassioned, she was a beacon of generosity and inspiration. Jan's legacy is indelible in many hearts - she will be remembered fondly by all that had the honor of knowing her.

Jan was always a welcoming and created such a fun atmosphere in her home. I attended her holiday parties and spend labor day weekends with her most of my life. She was my grandmothers best friend, and it was so wonderful to see their friendship stay strong through the years. I will miss Jan, and am so happy that our families were connected through her. My deepest condolences to her family and Jan will be in my thoughts and in my heart.

Loved her beauty, smile, laugh, humor, intelligence, elegance and love of life.

On behalf of myself and my late wife Olga, my heart goes out to Jan’s I family. I will always remember her generosity and her wonderful warm spirit. Jan was one of a kind and will never be forgotten.

Growing up, I always heard stories about the Roosevelts and Eleanor visiting. The address is 1575 Dorchester. There was...

May your hearts be filled forever with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

On behalf of many colleagues and team members at Genesys, who had a pleasure of being acquainted with Mrs. Katten or heard fascinating stories about her past,

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I've been thinking of you and praying for you all this weekend.
