Janet A. Krivak

Janet was born on May 8, 1945 and passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. Janet was a resident of Carmel, New York at the time of her passing. She attended and graduated from Carmel High School in 1962. Visitation will be held Monday February 22 2016 from 4-8 pm at Cargain Funeral Home Carmel. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday February 23 2016 at 11 am at Gilead Presbyterian Church. Interment to follow at Raymond Hill Cemetery.
