Not sure what to say?

Sending deepest sympathy to the Miller family. I haven't seen Janet since our grade school graduation in 1968. She was the smartest student in our class and reading her obituary I am not surprised at all her accomplishments. My brother Brian was at Ladyfiield with Claudia and I have shared the news with him. Sending sympathy to her entire family.

I'm glad to have known Janet in the time she worked for SJV. She was the nicest person I have ever worked for and I am going to miss her very much. Goodbye Janet I wish you were still here but now God will have you in heaven.

Please accept our deepest sympathies as you mourn the passing of your beloved sister and Aunt. I have known Janet since kindergarten and she was the epitome of kindness and excellence. She attended our wedding 49 years ago and we maintained our friendship through Christmas cards over these many years. Please know you are all in our prayers. May your memories of Janet comfort you and may Janet rest in God´s embrace. Claudia (Liebrecht) & Jeff Beutler

Goodbye Janet. You were one of my mom´s best piano students, talented in ways few were and devoted to practice, practice, practice. Some of her other students were as tone deaf as I, but she always took great joy in your weekly progress. Your dedication to the task at hand served you well then and throughout life. It was fun growing up on Section Road.

I sat in an office next to Janet at Jones Day for a few years. She was a dear friend and a role model in her efforts to advance female lawyers at the firm and as corporate counsel. In fact this past weekend something came up that reminded me of Janet and I told daughter how much I admired Janet. She was a great friend and I will always admire her and remember her with fondness.

To Janet´s Family: My husband Hadley Morgenstern-Clarren met Janet first. He came home one day and said: I met another woman lawyer who I think you would really like. He was right. As members of the second wave of women lawyers-those who graduated in the late 1970s-and as women who joined large law firms, we frequently shared stories of the trials and tribulations we and so many other women experienced as we navigated and found our own places in what was a man´s world. We did a lot of head...

On behalf of the entire team at the American Heart Association, we extend our deepest sympathies to Janet's family and friends. We are so grateful for her leadership of Go Red for Women at the AHA during her career. She was an incredible leader in our community. With heartfelt sympathy, Valerie Hillow Gates, Dawn Clark, Shelley Webber, Julie Gotschall, Christina Treu, Molly Palmer, Tanaja Jacobson and our Go Red for Women volunteers

My deepest condolences to Janet´s family and friends. I´m so blessed and grateful to have known and called Janet my friend for nearly two decades. I will forever cherish the friendship we created and the dinners we spent together celebrating our birthdays and the very last time we met, her retirement. I smile recalling our many years of conversations about recipes and ideas for her holiday party, up coming travel plans, our families, making memories, Christmas tree themes and life in...

"I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly". She personified the abundant life!
