Janet Patten Mills Moon

Janet was always the most generous person toward our family. We would visit Trenton multiple times in the 1960s and spent some wonderful times on beautiful Block Island with Manker, THE TWINS, Bill and Mary. Janet cared for me when I cut my foot (soaking in Epson's salts) and when I came down with the Mumps.These are truly wonderful memories from my youth along with Salt water taffy and fudge from Block Island in summer.

So story to hear this news (a bit late, I´m afraid). Deaderick (Dad called him "Bill") served with my father in WWII, and my late parents spent many happy hours with the Moons, both at reunion events and otherwise. Janet was a treasured friend of my parents´ for 20 years. I too will miss this most gracious lady.

I´m so sorry to hear this news. I have such wonderful memories of visiting the Mills family in Trenton and Block Island in the summer, the visits were always the most outrageous fun. I wish we could all have such a long full wonderful life.
