Not sure what to say?

The angels took her by her hand and walked her to the Holy land. They gave her wings, the moon and sun..A new way had just begun. Peace be with you, Gramma Jan, love is with you in the holy land. With fond memories, Dee and Justin...Always and Forever

Andy and I would like to extend our most heartfelt condolences to the Nyquist family. She was a delightfully charming lady. I loved visiting with her. With sympathy, Carol C. Mayone

Fond memories of Jan's encouragement, advice and instruction as a member of the Embroiderers' Guild here in NY. Dyeing thread lessons and pre-workshop gatherings with the teachers she so kindly housed when they came to teach our chapter. She was the perfect hostess, creative force extaordinaire, and a wonderfully kind and warm human being. My deepest sympathy for your loss.

My condolences to the Nyquist family on the loss of your mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. I clearly remember the afternoon I spent at her home doing her portrait to be included in my exhibit of Artists and Creative people, an apt description of her. I so enjoyed the time I spent with her that day. As I look at her portrait it makes me remember what a warm and talented woman she was and how I enjoyed that brief time with her.

Such a wonderful lady. I will miss our phone call and her words of wisdom. My sympathy to the Nyquist family.

Thank you Jan for so many lessons. Lessons for weaving and for living!
