Fr. Don Gutmann said it best....
There was a lot of Jesus in Janet! ♥
Her friendship was a blessing in our lives and in the lives of countless other friends and family. Her generosity and talents seemed endless and her Faith was deep and comforting. Her life has changed...not ended. Still, we'll miss her greatly

It was so great having Janet as a friend. She was always so friendly to me and my family. I was very impressed with how she connected with young people and especially when she helped my children as part of the youth events at St. Clare.

Many thanks for Janet,

Bob Cogan

So sorry to hear of the passing of wonderful Janet. I was friends with her at St. Mary's Academy; though she was part of the class ahead of me. Prayers and condolences to the Patella family.

Very sorry to hear of Janet's passing.
The Patella family had been South Burlingame neighbors for a very long time.

We are saddened to hear about the death of Janet. She was a kind and very helpful young lady. When we lived in Portland, we saw a lot of Janet and her family and had great times together.

I was saddened to learn of Janet's passing today. We grew up and played on the same street, attended church together, and had a real connection. Sending my heartfelt sympathies to her family, please know you are in my thoughts during this difficult time. I wish Janet peace and comfort as she begins her next journey.
