Not sure what to say?

Janet, You ARE a Beautiful child of God. I am sure you were greeted by the Animals you rescued, and are enjoying ALL Heaven Is! Miss you cuz, I will look forward to seeing you once again... among the Critters

Janet, so Beautiful...inside and out.

I was another of Janet's many childhood friends, from when we were very young bugs together until I left Newport after junior high. Classrooms, clubs, etc; the occasional weekend walk on the beach. A wonderful girl, and by all accounts it sounds as if she's been a fabulous woman, wife, and mom. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing; she was special; it hurts. Mary, I'm so very sorry; your family was a happy spot for me. Barton (Marv) Waring

I fondly remember all the time I spent at the Phillips' house growing up. It wasn't hard to see that Janet was a loving mom and a gracious host. She was also very genuine in how much she cared for others. Jessica remembers Janet as being always full of life, like when they watched lacrosse games together and Janet cheered on the "baby beavers" when Jordan was coaching at Corvallis. Our thoughts are with the entire Phillips clan.

Janet and I were in High School together and were close friends - my prayers for her family as they will miss such a lovely person.

Janet was my neighbor when we were ages 12-15. I enjoyed our talks together on our daily half-mile walks to school. I admired her strength of will. I was very touched when Janet attended my mother's funeral a few years ago. She invited me to come ride at her home, and now I regret that I never took that opportunity.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Phillips family.
Sincerely,
Johnson Family

I feel blessed to have reconnected with Janet and sadden to read of her passing.

I am so sad to hear that Janet has died. I have many memories of her at my birthday parties and sleep overs. Always a fun gathering when she was there. She will be missed.
