Janet S. Pipkin

I just learned of Janet's death from reading the latest UNCG Magazine. I am so sorry for your loss, Mark and Gayle. Janet and I were roommates at UNCG for several years, and we had lots of fun during our time there. I was very fond of her and will cherish the memories I have of her.

As a little girl I would spend days upon days at Aunt Hazel and Uncle Samuel´s home Janet was my 1st cousin and a little older but she had the gift of kindness. I have the sweetest memories of Janet. Her gentle spirit and easy smile were a real draw in my young life. All those years ago and my heart is still impacted by she and her family
