Janet was born on March 17, 1949 and passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019. Janet was a resident of Texas at the time of passing. Her early adult life was spent in New Orleans, Louisiana where she was a graduate of Riverdale High School in 1967. In lieu of flowers a donation can be sent to a newly established Janet Roux Memorial Scholarship for graduating seniors attending higher education in hopes of teaching.
