Janet Elizabeth Ruddy

Janet so glad we found each other through my search for Dee who had been Kara's Godmother, but both of our friend.

I found you on FB on January 4th and we had a few chats. We were scheduled to speak on Janurary 13th but you messaged me that you couldn't talk but when you would call me soon.

The last text you sent me said among other things "strange how you found me when you were looking for Dee, (I heard your laugh then). You said "Dee was working her magic connecting...

Dear Kara and McKenzie, my deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. I worked with your mom at Transitional Services Association. She was a great woman and will be deeply missed by all of those whose lives she had touched. I admired the strength and courage she had. She talked of both of you often and it was very apparent how much she loved the both of you as well as Nicholas. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My sincere sympathy to Mckenzie and Kara, I loved your MOM, she was a great person. Best laugh, sense of humor, and she always had great advice.

Janet,my friend, you would have just loved last night. In your loving, humble and smart-alaky way, you would have grieved for us, more than yourself...

I grew up with Kara... Janet was a good friend of my mothers , she was a great influence in our lives. My deepest sympathy.

My prayers and thoughts. Janet worked with me for Ellis Hospital prior to moving to Florida. After her return, she very generously served as a guest speaker for groups I facilitated at the Probation Department. She touched many people with her courage and her compassion. It was a priveledge to have known Janet both professionally and personally.

-Dear Kara and McKenzie-

I want to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Janet worked with me at Transitional Sevices. I remember her coming in each day with that big mug of coffee and keeping me updated on her latest fishing adventures.

What a lady. She gave so much to the residents she worked with. She was always a "good ear" for them and gave from her heart.

One of her brightest times was when she would talk about her...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
