Not sure what to say?

Dr. Skinner was truly a great lady. I learned so much working for her. Her life was a blessing. Sleep in Peace, Dr. Skinner.

Oh! Sweet cousin, how I miss you daily. Your picture sits where I see it multiple times a day. You are ever present in my heart.

Great lady. I worked for Dr. Skinner when she was the Associate Superintendent for DISD. She was a hard worker and totally dedicated to helping others in the district. Also a great teacher. I learned a whole lot during my time working with her. Continue Resting in Peace, Dr. Skinner.

I just recently learned about Dr. Skinner's passing. I worked for her at the DISD AD building. Great leader and a wonderful person. So sorry to hear about her passing.

I have missed you, dear sister-cousin. It is so hard to believe you left us a year ago. I still love you dearly and even talk to your photo on my coffee table. Cant wait for our reunion in a better place! Kiss Uncle Bill for me!

To Dr. Skinner's family, I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear of your loss. She was my principal at Daniel Webster back in the late '70s. She was more than a principal. She knew my mom didn't have much money and she did whatever she could to make sure we had what we needed. She also sent my brothers and I to Camp Grady Spruce, something we would have never experienced had it not been for her. I've been searching for her off and on for years to tell her thank you for all she's done for me...

My blessings to Janet's family. I went to school with Janet, both at TJ and SMU. My heart is sad. She will be missed.

Our sincere condolences to all family, friends and other loved ones in Janet's departure from this earthly life. God go with her and beautiful memories to all who grieve for her. We owned condos at The Palms at Holden at the same time and enjoyed time spent there as neighbors. Carolyn and Jenni Hall have both lost our husbands, Johnnie and Steven, in 2018 a few months apart and we know the grief you all are feeling. Much love,The Halls

From 40 years ago.....when we were young and a little bit crazy, I remember Janet's laughter and kindness. You led a life of caring and putting others first. I will always think of you with respect.
