Not sure what to say?

We think of you often Janet and the fun times we had with you and Rod. Those were special times which we will cherish. We miss you both. Keeping you both in our prayers. Dennis and Carol

Gary, Heather and Melkato, deepest sympathy on your Mom/grandmother´s passing. To lose someone so close at any time is difficult but especially poignant at this time of the year. Thinking of you all.

I was saddened to learn of my childhood friend Janet (Carleton) Swanson had passed away. We spent many hours on her porch just talking when we weren't sewing or baking with her mom, who was a great lady also. She took care of my brother and me while my parents worked. Rest in peace my friend. Luv ya.

Thank you so very much for remembering her loving common law husband Werner Bachmann.

So sorry for your loss, It was a joy and privilege to know Janet and share the same church with her. She was a friendly and thoughtful woman, I'm so blessed to have known her. She will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Janet was a lovely lady who we all cared for deeply. She will be truly missed but forever in our hearts.

I will always remember Janet´s beautiful, engaging smile. She had a way of always making people feel welcome. Thinking of your whole family, but especially Gary, Heather and Melkato. Treasure your memories.

Sending our sincere condolences to your family Scott. It’s always hard to lose your Mother.
Hang in there,
Keri and Paul

I would also like to add, that when God in His kindness, allowed our families to meet for the first time, it was one of the most precious blessings to our family. Uncle Rod and Aunt Janet put themselves out to travel to us and love us, and we loved them both dearly. Getting to know them was so wonderful, and we want to send our love to all their sons and families, hoping someday to see you all. Praying God will comfort your hearts in this very sad time. Losing a mother, is one of life's...
