I worked with Janet (Mrs. Taylor) at Washington Elementary. She was so talented, and eager to share her vast knowledge. Many times, she helped me out with an art project. Lots of former students have the benefit of her expertise with the Kiln we used to have. She was a "light" to us all, in more ways than one!

Janet always treated me good. She gave me sound and good advice when my kids were growing up.
I loved her laugh. I can still hear it.
I was in awe of her when she went to SUU. I couldn't believe that she would drive back and forth between Cedar City and St. George every day. Just goes to show how much she loved teaching. She was so smart too! She really was a good example to me of how capable women are.
Much love and prayers to her family.

I knew Janet and Evan in Phoenix many years ago when we had young children and were in the same LDS ward. I was best friends with Marj and Reed Bills, as were the Taylors. Good memories.
Janet was an outreaching friend. And then I moved away to St. George with my children.
Contact was lost and it is odd to see how small the world is and yet how large it is when contact is lost.
My condolences to Janet's family.
