Not sure what to say?

I worked for many years with Janet at Federal Probation and consider it an honor to have called her my friend. She had a wonderful sense of humor and sense of self which saw her through so many health challenges. It was apparent to anyone who met Janet that she deeply loved her family and is a testament to her that she will be genuinely missed by so many. I am truly sorry for your loss and will keep your family in my prayers.

I worked with Janet for several years, prior to transferring to the U.S. Probation Office in Mobile, Alabama. Janet was always joyful and optimistic, even in the face of her illness. She was a blessing to all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.

I am a very blessed person in that my daughter-in-law, Kasey Heiden, is Janet's daughter. When I first met Janet I immediately liked her. She had a wonderful smile that immediately made you feel right at home. In spite of numerous health set-backs, Janet showed all of us how to live our lives with dignity, humor and grace. Janet's faith was an inspiration to all of us. My deepest sympathy to the entire family that she loved so much. I am enriched for having known her. God Bless you...

I WORKED WITH JANET FOR SEVERAL YEARS IN THE PROBATION OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM BEFORE I MOVED TO KANSAS. JANET WAS A JOY TO EVERYONE WHO KNEW AND WORKED WITH HER. MY HEARTFELT SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY AND ALL THOSE WHO LOVED JANET.

Janet and I were co-workers - I was in the Tuscaloosa probation office. Janet was an inspiration to me, always friendly and fun to be around. I have many photos of her through our past workshops, and she was smiling in every one.

Janet was the most positive, optimistic person I have known. We worked together for many years at the Probation Office and I admired her stamina and her continuing faith. I'm so sorry for your loss and I know she will be greatly missed by many.
