Its truly difficult to accept it has been nearly four years since we all lost such a vibrant, caring and compassionate person as Janet. May God keep her near, and I pray for her spouse Joseph and this day of grief.

I will never do anything important in business without stopping and asking myself "what would Jan do". I loved her and will miss her brilliance and guidance.

I truly admired Jan. She was very a classy, smart biz woman. You might say she was a "connector" someone who can connect you to other people. It was a true honor to design Jan's book, "Building Career Equity." We updated it (2nd edition) in 2016. I will truly miss you, Jan!! Rest in peace.

Joe,
I'm down in Poplar Bluff now, and had another appointment. Sorry I couldn't make it up there to personally extend my condolences. If you can think of any way I can be helpful, please let me know. [email protected]

I knew Jan from her work with advisors at Northwestern Mutual. She was so impactful to all of us and I'm so glad to have known her. Her class and kindness is what I'll always remember.

It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a well-lived life. Our hearts ache for you. We're sorry for your loss.
