JANET WHEELER

Janet was a delightful fixture at Jay's Bird Barn in Sedona. We became fast friends birding together and we led a field trip at the Birding & Nature Festival and had many heartfelt talks and lots of laughter. I was fortunate when Janet asked me to go on a rafting adventure through the Grand Canyon and again lots of laughter and many adventures. She was very generous with her knowledge of tinctures and oils for various ailments. We will miss her dearly.

I met Janet when she moved to Sedona and hiked with the Westerners. She was so kind and friendly, and always added to our outings with her wide range of interests, especially about birds. We miss her.

I mourn the death of my childhood friend who lived across the street. We started 1st grade together and continued on through 12th. Every morning she and her sisters would stop by my house so we could all walk to the bus stop together.I was always running late. Later on they had a car and gave me a ride to school. This increased my "cool" factor.
So many memories. She was the first person to show me how chess pieces moved,the 1st person to introduce me to Ann Frank and the Holocaust...
