Janet L. Woods

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Janet. Many fond memories were had with her and all the Struble family on Big Tree Street. I had seen her only a few times during the past several years, often in a restaurant with her family.

Jim & Katie - I was very sad to hear that your mother had passed. She is someone that I have such fond memories of from so very young! My heart goes out to you and your whole family and I hope the both of you are well.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. I was fortunate to be able to get to know Janet when I moved to Dacola Shores, and I will always remember how gracious and positive she was, even in difficult times. I will always remember using her boat the first summer I moved here, and it was a wonderful gift for her to allow us to use it as if it were our own. She was very special.

Jim, I have not seen you in quite a while, but I still think of the fun we had way back in the day. I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very kind and loving person. You and Katie will be in my thoughts.

It is with heavy heart that Janet has now passed. Its been a wonderful 5 years living here, mostly because of Janet and Jim. The bushes will be gone soon, I promise. 5 years too soon. Be at peace, it's all good now. Your loving neighbor's.
