My most sincere sympathy to the family of Jan. I grew up on Marion St. just houses away from her. My dad and her dad had quite a relationship going. When I moved to Outing and found Jan in the same church one Sunday...what a joyous reunion! There was shouting, hugging, and crying in the aisle. What a scene. I will miss her sense of humor, her calling it like it is and her love. Both of us sewed, but I concede. The one with the most 'stash' of fabric wins. Our friendship did not...
