Hello. I worked with Jan at GTE call center in Marion OH and Jan was my peer. I was 30 and immature for a manager yet Jan worked with me to understand managing supervisors and staff . My all good memories about her skill.. yes she knew when to be tough.. she also had a kind spirit and I am better knowing Jan.
