Not sure what to say?

Her memorial at the First Unitarian Church Elliot Chapel on Saturday, July 24 was attended in person and virtually by many people. She was loving, compassionate and active in her community for many years. We miss her already.

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

I knew Janice through the UU Covenant Group. I admired Janice for her open and honest sharing in our group, and for her maintaining a positive attitude as she dealt with the difficulties of her later years. May the memory of Janice be a blessing to all of her family and her friends.

Janice was a very wonderful person who loved to laugh and enjoy life. I met her in the late 1980's when she taught English and reading at Middleton High School in Middleton, Idaho. She was 42 and her son Jon had just turned 7 when they came to Middleton. Even though she moved to Oregon 3 years later we always kept in touch. I will miss her very, very much.
