Not sure what to say?

It has been over a week now, yet I still find it so hard to believe that Janice is gone. She was such a presence and such an amazing person. Working with her for so many years, my heart is full of many memories that will remain always. Football season just won't be the same this year! She was my football pal who so enjoyed provoking my husband, the Duck fan. Being in the middle of their many "discussions" provided so much entertainment through the years. She was one of a kind, and I...

Your whole family is in our deepest prayers. Janices life on this earth was a glorious celebration. She touched my life and brought laughter and love to many people.

God Bless your family.

Today (9/30) was an amazing day for my family and me. We were surrounded by friends and family while we celebrated my mom's extrordinary life. She was a great wife, mother, friend and teacher to all. I would like to thank everyone for their love and support to my family during these difficult times. But we will make it though just as Mom lived her life; with strength, dignity and humor.

We feel cheated because we only knew Janice for a little over two years. But during those two years, we found an intelligent and beautiful woman, devoted wife and mother, and outstanding friend.
She treated us with respect and acceted our son as her own. There is no doubt that she is in heaven, with a big smile on her face, and waiting for one of us to screw up so she can have a good laugh. Janice, we love you!

Dear Jack, Patrick, Kristin and Margy,
How sad we were to read the obituary of Janice. What a great family you are and special friends to us. It was soccer with Patrick and Chris, we think, that brought about our Catholic and Mormon friendship and it even survived the Notre Dame and BYU games.
We sorrow with you and want you to know how much we admire the Connolly family. Janice was a special person and our thoughts of her always bring a smile to our face and warmth to our...

A dedicated at-home mom while we were growing up, Janice will always be one of my models for raising three wonderful kids and co-parenting many of their friends. Living on the same block with the Connolly family, I can’t ever remember a morning waiting for the bus or an afternoon following school during which Janice wasn’t home keeping an eye on her family and the rest of the neighborhood kids. How she managed to get everyone out the door, on time, I will never know! In addition to...

I was saddened to hear of your loss. I remember all the fun times with cheerleading with Margy and becoming part of your family. Janice will be missed and our thoughts are prayers are with the family. Times like this are tough but finding faith in one another and holding onto the memories, love, and laughter will help during these trying times. I am only sorry that more time was not spent with your family as we all went our separate paths after high school. Again, from my family to...

DEAR JACK & FAMILY...OUR HEARTS GO OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AT THE LOSS OF A WONDERFUL WIFE/FRIEND AND MOTHER...SHE LEFT A LOVING LEGACY WITH HER FAMILY AND WITH THE LIVES OF OTHERS SHE TOUCHED...WE PRAY THAT THE LOVING MEMORIES OF YOUR LIFE TOGETHER WILL HELP SUSTAIN YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AT THIS TIME.

YOUR FRIENDS, DON & DONNA KOSTEROW

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers. My mom was truly an incredible woman and we are all better for knowing her. She fought her illness until the end and never let it beat her spirit. We will never forget you MOM!
