Dear Ron, Mike, Chris, Danny & Kathy,

I grew to love each and evryone of you like family when I worked for Ron back in the early '90's. The love that Jan showed to all of you, to me and to everyone who crossed her path was beyond anything I have ever known in my life. I was saddened to learn of her passing into eternal life, but know that she is that sweet, loving angel giving big hugs to all the other angels in heaven. May you all find peace and comfort in your beautiful...

Dear Corak Family...I only spent a brief afternoon with Jan, and yet I will remember her the rest of my life. We share the same cancer, so in that I feel we will always be sisters. If I haven't met her here, I would of missed my chance to know her for eternity. She blessed my life. She is/was a wonderful special person. You all are so blessed to have had her in your lives so long. God speed on your healing.
SIncerely...Sandra Schafer

I was so saddened to hear from my parents that Jan had passed away. Growing up, I was a patient of Dr. Corak's so we saw Jan every 6 months (sometimes more, depending on how well we brushed :) ). I will never forget Jan's friendliness and her smile.

Dear Corak Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your recent loss. Jan was a an amazing person and she will be missed greatly by all. She was always so happy, positive and always had a smile on her face. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

When Jan came into my life as part of a blended family I was very young, too young to appreciate how lucky I was. I am so grateful to her for sharing her wonderful son Dan with me. She was always supportive, kind, and understanding. She will be missed.
