Janice Annette Deeds

Jan was the best realtor that we found. She helped us find a house, steering us to the one that would hold it's value (must have a sidewalk)! She was bright, kind, and smart, and good at deals. I loved getting a holiday card from her every year.....they are missed---and she is missed. How sad to read this. I wish I knew her history before now....I had no idea she worked as a sup. at Bethlehem Steel!

Oh my, how sad I feel. Jan helped me sell my little house in West Seattle. She helped me through the search and final purchase of a new, bigger house for me and my aging mother. She handled the transaction with courtesy and understanding. My mother loved her. She negotiated an agreement that was beneficial to both sellers and buyers.

She was a kind, smart lady with great integrity. I know how much you will miss her.
