Growing up in Diablo, the Newhalem store was a big part of my life. Jan was always so nice to me, and so funny. She left an impression on me that I haven't forgotten yet, and never will. Jan, you're an awesome lady, you're someone special, I hope heavan can keep up with you and your great sense of humor! My prayers are with the family. A truly wonderful person will be missed greatly here on earth, and I'm glad I had the pleasure to know her.

I remember working with Jan up at Seattle City Light. She was such a joy. She always had that wonderful smile no matter what was going on. I think she was an amazing lady to know. God's blessings to her family.

I am so sorry for your family's losss. I loved Jan, she was a great friend, and always had a smile for me the many years she was at Logger's Landing. Although we lost touch when she changed jobs, when we did meet she was always "Jan" with a big smile and a kind word.
