Omygoddess! I just learned of Janice's passing. I have just recovered from cancer myself and so missed that she had passed. I loved her work and her ability to speak to both the Anglo world and the Indigenous world. I remember a wonderful Green Pacifist reading with Janice in Colorado Springs a few years ago. A huge loss for Colorado poetry. Blessings on her spirit.
