Not sure what to say?

It is a little less than a week until Easter. My first Easter without Grandma. As it gets closer, my heart hurts so much to think of her not being here to share it with us. It's a very sad feeling for me (almost too much to handle at times). But then I realized something...Grandma gets to celebrate it with Jesus! So that in a way eases my pain,...after all she's got the best seat in the house! Lord, I pray that during this holiday, and every single day there after, that you would embrace...

It's been 1 month today since Mother left us, and it's starting to really settle in on my heart and mind that Mother is actually gone from this Earth. I miss her sssooooo much and would do anything to have her back (in good health, of course). My eyes fill up every time I allow myself to think about it for very long. But, I know she is in Heaven kicking her heals up and having a blast - so who am I to deny her that?? I just ask God to PLEASE heal the hurt and help me and everyone else to...

I just wanted to write again to show you grandma that I still think about you everyday. I will always remember you and all the times that we shared together. I know you're up there having a great time right now. I will never forget how you told me soon before you passed that you would be up there watching me and I believe it. I love you so much. Kiss Kiss and an enourmous hug.

May God Bless and Keep all of you in His loving arms. Only God gives the comfort that we need at this time. My heart breaks for you. May the Lord hold you close. With His help you can find the strength you need. You have beautiful memories of your life with Janice and these memories will always comfort you. About two months after my husband passed away Janice wrote me a card and this card touched my heart. Words cannot express how much this card meant to me. Janice wrote that if I ever needed...

Janice was a wonderful, caring, vibrant, Christian woman. She loved her family and treated all who met her as friends. Any meeting would surely turn into an opportunity to talk about our Lord. Anyone who has never had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful lady should only spend a few minutes reading the accolades of her wonderful children. This is all it would take to know this is a very extraordinary woman. Janice's most precious earthly treasures (husband, children and friends) have...

I MISS & LOVE MY GRANDMA VERY MUCH. I CRY AT SOME POINT EVERY DAY AS I'M REMINDED OF ALL THE MEMORIES WE HAD TOGETHER. I HAVE NEVER MET A GREATER WOMAN IN MY LIFE! THIS WORLD SEEMS SO SCARY & CONFUSING NOW. I KNOW THAT MY GRANDMA IS WITH JESUS & HAS 100% PEACE & JOY ALL THE TIME. THAT IS SO AWESOME TO ME! I PRAY DAILY FOR ME & MY FAMILY, (ESPECIALLY MY WONDERFUL GRANDPA), THAT GOD WOULD COMFORT US & ASSURE US THAT HE IS ALWAYS THERE.

"EVEN THEN" (TO JESUS):
EVEN IN MY...

(This poem was written from Mother's perspective.)

MAMA'S SONG
If you think of me and your heart becomes sad,
Remember, I am happy, I’m with Dad.
I know you’ll miss me and I love you too,
But in that world, you have things to do.
So look to Jesus and then press on,
Because one day, together we’ll sing His song.

If you think of me and your soul becomes lonely,
Remember, Christ is your strength and Him only.
So lift up your heart,...

I want to start by saying that I had the best grandmother anyone could wish for. She was always there for me. For a good laugh, conversation, or direction. I could always count on her to give me the best godly advice and even though it wasn't always what I wanted to hear I knew that she had prayed about it and it was the right thing. I miss her so much. But the one thing that gets me through each day is knowing that one day I will be dancing in heaven with her and that until I get there...
