Read MoreJanice and I were friends at Mercy College in Detroit. I still remember her moving into the dorm with trunks of clothes, more than any other students. She kept her blond hair long and wore a headband everyday. One time around Easter, she wore a one piece pajama complete with rabbit ears and claimed she was the Easter bunny! She was fun to be around and always up for a good time.

I met Jan many years ago in the Junior League. I have the fondest memories of a bright, caring and unassuming woman who had goodness in her heart at all times.

As Janice's oldest Turlick cousin it is hard to believe that such a vibrant soul is gone so soon. My deepest sympathy to Bill Kipp and family on the loss of Janice. She was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She was an inspiration to others. God keep her in His Mercy.
