So very sorry I was unable to attend your mothers funeral. Jan was one of the nicest ladies I've known. First met at St Als way back when our kids were attending school, & many other occasions since then. Always nice to run into her & chat. I just loved her personality. Mrs. Kunz as I remember her from St Mary's years ago has left such a positive influence on the Kaukauna community, evident by the wide range of organizations she contributed to and led over the years. Everyone in Kaukauna has and will continue to reap the benefits of her lifelong dedication to community and education. She will be forever missed.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your mom. Losing a parent is so hard. Knowing she is with your dad brings comfort and with family and friends is happiness. You are in my thoughts and prayers . My condolences to the Jan Kunz family. Mrs. Kunz (I could never call her Jan out of respect) was one of my favorite teachers! She had a great style in the classroom, and somehow made you love the things she loved. After my graduation, we had occasionally stopped over the years at her home (when they were on the end of 18th street), just to see how she was doing, and she always had a smile on her face. She was an great role model for young students. What an amazing woman, and even...
