Janice Marie McCollum Ledbetter, age 60 of College Station, AR, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 12, 2016, in Little Rock, AR. She was born on February 28, 1955, in Little Rock, to Rosie Montgomery and Dr. J. N. McCollum. Janice loved helping others and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Janice was employed at Timex for a number of years.


Janice was preceded in death by a daughter, Lanetria Ledbetter; brothers, Ricky Hill and Kirk McCollum; stepmother Maude McCollum; and a grandson, Jamarien Ledbetter.


Janice's memory will live on through her stepfather, Leroy Montgomery; children: Dewayne Ledbetter, Juana Ledbetter and John Ledbetter, Jr., all of Little Rock, AR; siblings: Victor Montgomery (Alice), Tandria Hadley, Leroy Montgomery, Jr., Cynthia Taylor and Michael King, all of Little Rock, AR, Nathan McCollum (Aileen) of Orange, TX, Chris McCollum (Gladys) of Dallas,TX, Rodrick McCollum (Demetria) of Benton, AR, Karen McCollum Walker (Bobby)of Atlanta, GA, and Lisa McCollum Smith of Little Rock, AR; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.


Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church College Station. Visitation will be Thursday February 18, from 6 until 7 PM at the Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church College Station. With Services Provided by Brandon’s Mortuary, Inc.
