Dear Howie, Erica, Veronica and other family, Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. It´s been about 6 weeks since Howie & I spoke about Jan´s passing. There was a lot of emotion in that phone call, and I quickly understood how difficult things were for him at that time and I suspect the difficulty goes on.
