I was sad to hear of Jan's passing. Here at Lowry we became acquainted, and it was always nice to see her around the "hood" and hear her stories of publishing and what the writing world was all about. Her books were inspirational as she was. She was always so beautifully dressed and had a New York "glamour" that was always so impressive. What a lovely woman whose light has gone out. Blessings to all,

I was saddened today when I learned about Jan's passing. She was the intelligent beautiful and witty wife to Len and mother to my friends Lenny,Chris and Betsy. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Take solace in the fact that she will live forever in the fondest memories of all who had the good fortune to know her.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)
