Janice Matthews

Jan and I worked side by side at the law firm for 11 years, laughing through the craziness the work can bring sometimes. We shared rides to work when one of us had car trouble (I convinced her to buy into the same condo complex when she got tired of renting and moving. We shared the joy of her grandson and my daughters´ birth. I saw her last about a year ago. Rest in peace my friend.

Jan was a good woman who cared deeply about others. She had a terrific sense of humor and often would share funny stories and cartoons with me. We worked together for nearly 30 years. She was a great legal assistant who welcomed challenges and always rose to the occasion. She was appreciated and immensely liked by my clients. I will miss Jan, but will place her in a special compartment in my heart as I´ve done with others for whom I cared deeply. Ernie Abate
