Janice Lee Spain

She was a great mother who was strong willed in her faith who never gave up doing the best she could for her kids. I should know I was her first born. Mom will be missed and never forgotten and I know she is home now rejoicing with jesus no more worries no more tears no more heartaches. It's only goodbye for now.

Our sincere condolences to The Spain Family. Jan was such a sweet child of God. She loved to sing special music at what was then called Pleasant View Baptist Church. Her heart was devoted to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her desire was to use her gifted voice to sing praises to Him. I was music director at that time and needed people in the congregation to volunteer to sing special music. She would come to me and suggest a song she wanted to sing, (and usually had her own background tape...
