As a member of the Pearl's Book Club I was fortunate to know Jan as a fellow Book Lover. We shared books, looks, brunch, lunch, gaffs and laughs. She was a "Pearl of Great Price" no matter who she was with or where she was. Thank you for sharing her love and time with us. May God Bless and Keep you all in His Peace and Love!

Dear Al and Family, sincere sympathy in Jan's loss after her lingering difficulties. Yet I am sure you all carry some special memories during those many months. She was such a kind hostess to Ed and to me in your house on the Hill during our many visits for a variety of reasons. We were neighbors in Hol. Hts. in the earlier years and our kids were similar ages. Al's continual care for Jan is such a gift and example ofGod's Love. So thankful I could take The V.H. Family CalvinCollege...
